    Legal Details Terms & Conditions Payments & Cancellations For Celebration/birthday cakes we require full payment. We start processing these orders immediate so they are non refundable. For Wedding cakes, we require a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee to confirm an order and hold your event date. The remaining final payment is 2 weeks before the event date, at which point all changes must be confirmed in writing by email (changes to the previously agreed design may incur extra fees). Payment can be made earlier if you wish and you notify us. Failure to complete payment 2 weeks before the delivery date may result in your order being cancelled. By making a payment the client is accepting the Terms and Conditions as detailed on this page. We accept only bank transfers ​ The 50% booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances due to any loss of business arising from turning away other bookings for that date and any work that has already been completed on your order. All payments must be made at the time of dispatch of the Product(s) to you. Payment for all Product(s) must be by bank transfer to provided bank account. If we are unable to accept your Order for any reason then we will, at our option, refund any money paid by you in respect of that Order. We will not dispatch the Product(s) until we receive payment in full. The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production and are non-negotiable. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect Orders, which we have already confirmed as described above. . The correct price will be shown on your invoice, receipt and delivery note. Refunds A great deal of care goes into making our cakes, however, if you experience any problems with your order, please send an email to info@panari.co.uk with 2 hours of collecting or receiving your cake. Any refunds due will be on a case by case basis INGREDIENTS: Please click here for more information about our ingredients. ​ ​ Cake Tasting & Consultations Wedding flavour samples once a consultation is booked. These include a slice of each of our signature flavours, from this you can choose your favourites to be included in your wedding cake. The cost of this is £25 and £20 comes off the final cost of your wedding cake should you finalise your booking, £5 is postage fee. Consultations are by appointment only and are only necessary for our bespoke iced cakes (not semi naked/naked cakes) An appointment for a design meeting must be agreed on with Panari Cakes by email, appointments are confirmed with a booking fee - this comes off the final cost of your wedding cake. All appointments will be confirmed in writing by Panari Cakes. Your bespoke design wedding cake quote includes one design meeting and unlimited email correspondence, if you require another face to face meeting this is charged at £10 per half hour. Price Quotations All written price quotations are held for 14 days from the date of quotation. To secure you must pay your full save the date deposit. If you decide later than 14 days that you'd like to book the design you have previously discussed you will need to first get in touch with the Pink Cake Box and check the quotation/date availability. Alterations If you have any queries or need to make any changes to an order please contact us immediately. Alterations and amendments must be submitted in writing by email - not social media messages. We will endeavour to make the alteration where possible dependant on the design and amount of notice given. We will let you know its effect on the price. Accepting any alterations is at the discretion of Panari Cakes. Alterations must be made prior to 6 weeks before your event date. It is the client's responsibility to check any quotes and invoices thoroughly before making payment. In an extremely rare situation, last minute design changes by us may need to be made and we reserve the right to make these decisions without prior arrangement if circumstances beyond our control compromise the quality of the finished product. e.g. weather conditions. We will endeavour to keep any changes minimal but the client will be notified of any major design change and this will never be done without the client's prior permission. NON-EDIBLE INGREDIENTS AND DECORATIONS Our cakes may contain non-edible ingredients or decorations, such as plastic or wooden dowels in tiered cakes or wires in some sugar flowers. These will be detailed on the Delivery Note and must be removed before serving or eating. Panari & You We regularly updates our website with our latest work, behind the scenes pictures, close up shots and pictures of your cake after the day. All posts are done tastefully and positively. Unless you opt out, on ordering with Panari Cakes you agree that Panari cakes can name you by first name terms on our website and blogging platforms and include your event venue and date. ​ OUR CAKES All our cakes are hand made from scratch so there will be variations in flavours, colours and sometimes design. Where you have given a design from another supplier, we will provide our version of the design. We sometimes use cake toppers, plastic and ceramic figurines on our cakes, these are seasonal and will vary. ​ ​ DELIVERY We are currently offering a collection service except orders which require setting up at the location We deliver mostly to postcodes within London and the M25 and some postcodes in Essex, Surrey, Kent and Middlesex on Saturdays. Our courier will call 1 hour before you delivery. Prices are calculated when your orders are placed. Please ensure you select and pay if you require this service. Once this is paid for, we will deliver to the address provided in your Order at the agreed delivery time. The delivery time may be extended for reasons beyond our control. You will be notified if this is the case. Once delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable for any damage to your cake. ​ • Your order can also be picked up from our pickup point at DA1 Where the delivery charge has not been paid, your order will default to store pickup. Do note that cakes are fragile and have to be transported on a flat surface in a cool dark area. Most designs cannot be carried on a bus or by train. We are no longer liable for any damage once your cake is picked up. • All cakes are delivered properly packaged. Our cakes keep perfectly fresh for one week. Do handle your cakes with care.
