1st Sunday in April is always a special day for me, it marks the end of the cold long months and ushers in a newness, lightness and hope. This year marks 25years since I started baking cakes. I’ve met some truly amazing people along the way who have altered the trajectory of my life and delivered to some wonderful venues. There’s usually a back story to each order which usually doesn’t feature in the order. To celebrate 25 years in caking, my new designs have been inspired by so many friends, family members, clients, suppliers and other vendors who have left such a deep mark.
